Refund Policy:
1.1 We strive to provide you with high-quality art pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

1.2 To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging as received.

1.3 Please contact us at gibbonscharles98@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process.

1.4 Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Returns Policy:
2.1 If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at gibbonscharles98@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

2.2 To return an item, please follow these steps:
a. Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
b. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
c. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
d. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team.

2.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged or defective product).

2.4 Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.

Exchanges:

3.2 Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a refund or offer an alternative solution.

Cancellations:

4.2 Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for returns.
